About Free Invoice Creator Tool

This site exists to do one thing well: let anyone who needs an invoice create a proper one in a couple of minutes, without an account, a trial or a watermark.

01

What the site does

The homepage is a working invoice editor. You fill in your business details, your customer, the things you supplied and their prices; it calculates the line amounts, discounts, tax and total, and produces an A4 PDF you can send or print. It is free, it does not ask who you are, and there is no limit on how many invoices you create.

Alongside the tool there are guides covering the parts of invoicing that people get wrong: numbering, payment terms, how tax and discounts interact, the difference between an invoice, a receipt, a quotation and a proforma, and how different trades and professions should structure their line items.

02

How your invoice data is handled

Everything you type into the invoice creator stays in your browser. The totals are calculated by JavaScript on your device, the logo you upload is read and resized locally, and the PDF is assembled in the browser before being saved. None of it is transmitted to us, because there is no server-side component that receives it. The optional draft that survives a page refresh is stored in your own browser’s local storage and can be removed with the Clear invoice button.

The full detail is in the privacy policy.

03

Who it is for

Freelancers, contractors, tradespeople, consultants, retailers, online sellers and small service businesses — anyone who needs to bill a customer and does not want to run accounting software to do it. The audience is international: the tool supports thirty currencies and the guides are written to be useful wherever you trade, while pointing you at your own tax authority for anything jurisdiction-specific.

04

The Android app

We also publish Invoice & Quotation Generator, a free Android app. It covers what a browser tool cannot: it saves your business and customer details, keeps every document you create in one list, and handles receipts, quotations and waybills as well as invoices — so you can create and send a document from wherever the work is happening.

The two are deliberately not the same product. The web tool is the fastest route to a single invoice. The app is for invoicing as an ongoing part of how you work. Neither is a trial for the other, and both are free.

What we do not do

  • We do not ask you to create an account.
  • We do not store, read or process the content of your invoices.
  • We do not publish reviews, ratings, user counts or testimonials, because we have no verified data to publish.
  • We do not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. The guides explain common practice and point you at the right authority for your own situation.
