What to include

| Something wrong in a guide | The page and what is incorrect. Corrections are welcome and we act on them. |
| Anything else | Whatever is on your mind. |
We have no need for your business or customer data and no wish to hold it. If you are reporting a calculation problem, describe the figures involved rather than sending a real invoice.

What we cannot help with
- Tax and accounting questions. We can explain how to enter tax on the document, but not which rate applies to you or whether you must register. That is a question for your tax authority or your accountant.
- Legal advice on contracts, debt recovery or unpaid invoices.
- Recovering a lost draft. Invoice drafts are stored only in your own browser. If you cleared your browser data or switched device, we have no copy — by design.
